NSIT.'s Authorised Franchise scheme - Terms and Conditions

1. Allotment of Franchisee centre will be at the sole discretion of NSIT, Hyderabad.
2. Detailed letter giving the relevant details of the center to be franchised has to be forwarded to the President, NICRD, Hyderabad.
3. The proposed centre should have sufficient number of computers in a well-equipped lab and should have sufficient classrooms to conduct the various courses. A well-maintained library is also essential. Produce free sketch of Building Plan along with application.
4. The centre should have qualified faculty members to handle the various courses and the details relating to qualification & experience of the faculty members should be enclosed along with the letter mentioned under Para 2 mentioned above.
5. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- should be remitted to NSIT, after our short-listing, towards our inspection charges. An expert committee from NSIT. will inspect the proposed centre to evaluate the facilities available.
6. The franchisee agreement will be valid for one year commencing from date of commencement.
7. The annual franchisee fee payable to NSIT. is as per franchise fee structure, which has to be remitted by a Demand Draft, payable at Hyderabad in favour of NSIT. at the time of execution of the agreement.
8. Apart from the franchisee fee, 10% of the course fee collected from each student is payable to NSIT Hyderabad. The course fee for the various courses will be fixed by NSIT. and the franchisee shall not collect any amount in excess from the students.
9. In the normal course, no franchise will be sanctioned within a distance of 10 kms from another franchised centre. However NSIT. reserves the right to change the policy at its discretion.
10. A franchisee of NSIT. is not permitted to be franchisee of any other institutions / organizations conducting same nature of courses to avoid causing conflicts to our interest.
11. Allotted franchisee is not transferable.
12. Normally the examinations are conducted in the months of January, April, July, and October of every year. However examinations for short-term courses will be conducted in between.
13. Examinations will be conducted directly by NSIT, Hyderabad and certificates will be issued by us to the qualified students.
14. The franchisee shall follow the syllabus specified by NSIT  for all the courses.
15. NSIT, Hyderabad reserves the right to change the rules, syllabus etc at it own discretion and the franchisee shall follow the same.
16. The jurisdiction of disputes, if any, will be Hyderabad.
